Today in 5th grade we...

- Planned a class wide piece of narrative writing about 4 people getting stranded in the Sahara desert, and they need to find a way to survive. 

- Continued our Daily 5 rotations, and organized our binders for more efficient use. 

- Worked in small groups to make a dichotomous key after observing a group of writing utensils. 

Homework: 
Reading - Read Journeys Lesson 9 and write a 10 sentence summary of the story. 
Daily 5 - Finish making your dictionary and organizing your binder
